Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times:

     

    • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

    • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

     

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once they arrive in your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. DJ Bonics / Go Bonics has no control over these fees, as they vary by country.

Tracking

  • All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, especially for international orders.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by customs processing, carrier delays, or global shipping disruptions outside our control.
